Who is behind Quote Copenhagen?
As the owner of Quote Copenhagen ApS, Hanne is the one who stands for the creative and visual expression she loves colorful unique and authentic products in dimmed colors, and always designs products and puts together colors and patterns that fit into the Nordic style to come A nice mix of ethnic and the Nordic.
Martin started in the fall of 2021 in Quote full -time and stands for everything that has to do with technique. He keeps track of the webshop and our dealer platform and at the same time he is an expert on digital marketing, customer service and sales.
In private, Hanne and Martin have been married since 1990 has 3 adult children, 2 lovely grandchildren, and can also call himself a grandmother and grandfather in May 2022.
Henry started in the winter of 2022 to help with the warehouse, but was eventually integrated as a student assistant at Quote Copenhagen. Together with Martin, they keep track of the webshop and marketing.

Delivery and return
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 2-4 business days.
In Denmark we send with GLS to the nearest parcel shop.
Abroad we use UPS for the nearest UPS Access Point.
What does the delivery cost?
DENMARK: Order value under DKK 500.00 which costs shipping DKK 49.00
DENMARK: Order value over DKK 500.00 is delivered free of charge.
The rest of the EU: Order value: Up to DKK 1499.00 which costs shipping DKK 110.00
Rest of the EU: Order value: Over DKK 1500.00 is delivered free of charge.
Outside the EU but within Europe: Order value up to DKK 1499.00 which costs shipping DKK 149.00
Outside the EU but within Europe: Order value over DKK 1500.00 which costs shipping DKK 0.00
USA: Order value below DKK 1,499 cost shipping DKK 149.00

What do I do if the item is defective or transport damaged?
If the item is defective or transport damaged upon receipt, within 3 days of receipt, contact Quote Copenhagen and report the error on e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I return my item?
You can return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must incur the direct expenses in connection with the return of the item.
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped in original packaging and the 'tag' of the item with the item's unique number must be included.
You carry the risk of the item from the time of the delivery of the item and until we receive it in our warehouse. The condition of the item when you send it back.
You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is needed to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You have to try the item, but not take it in actual use. Goods without "roof" with number on cannot be returned as it is assumed that it has been in use.
Repayment of the purchase amount. Of course, if you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the event of a impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
We will make a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item return.
