Would you like to return or exchange an item, or get help with a fault? Choose a topic below. This information applies to purchases as a private customer.
As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you or a person you have chosen receives the item. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. Give us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw before the period expires, for example by emailing info@qbb.dk. Simply failing to collect the parcel is not sufficient.
Return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw. You pay the direct cost of return shipping and are responsible for the item during the return shipment. Please therefore keep your proof of postage.

You may inspect and try the item in the same way as in a physical shop. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and include the label with the item number if possible. Missing packaging or a missing label does not automatically mean that you lose your right of withdrawal.
We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or evidence that it has been returned, whichever happens first. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and at no charge to you.
When you withdraw from the entire purchase, we also refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered when you placed the order. Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. You pay the return shipping cost yourself. Any diminished value may be deducted following an individual assessment.
You may either arrange an exchange with us or return the item and place a new order. Email info@qbb.dk with your order number and the item you would like instead, so we can agree on the process and any price difference and shipping. Many items are one of a kind, so an exchange depends on what we have in stock.
Email info@qbb.dk with your order number, a description and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging. Please arrange the return shipment with us first if possible so we can help find the right solution.
You have 24 months of statutory rights concerning defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault; a complaint within two months of discovery is always considered timely. Depending on the specific case, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. For a valid complaint, we cover reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
Normal wear and tear and damage caused by incorrect use or care are not in themselves defects. Described characteristics of recycled textiles do not limit your statutory rights.
